2026 OPEN ENROLLMENT ** Important information **
  • The approved plans for 2026 have been released. Please review the available plans for your county as your current plan may no longer be available. If you do not see your current plan in the list, you must choose a new plan from the 2026 list. Payments will not be made for unsupported plans.
  • BRHPC received written notification from the Department, "Broward Regional should not accept new client enrollments for insurance benefits provided by the Department - only enrollment of existing clients..." Based on this correspondence, only clients who are currently eligible & enrolled in premium assistance for 2025 are eligible to enroll for 2026.

Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for 2025: Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for 2025 or COBRA/Employer Insurance:

If you qualify (or want to check if you qualify) for the SEP for 2025 (or have COBRA/Employer Insurance) call 1-844-441-4422 for assistance. A representative will guide you through the process.

ALL changes to income, address, or living situation, (i.e. marriage, divorce, adoption or tax filing status) MUST be reported to https://enroll.brhpc.org in addition to the program.
About The Program

Insurance Premium Assistance Services

Participants MUST Enroll In Premium Assistance Annually. Enroll online at https://enroll.brhpc.org, over the telephone by calling 1-844-441-4422 or calling your County Health Department. This is REQUIRED even if you enrolled with an agent/broker, navigator, case manager, etc.

Enrollment and reenrollment in the premium assistance program is required prior to each calendar year regardless of the type of insurance enrolled in, including marketplace/Affordable Care Act (ACA), employer sponsored insurance, or COBRA.
