If you are currently enrolled in premium assistance and have not switched your current plan to an
approved plan you can still switch your plan at
healthcare.gov or call them at 1-800-318-2596 through Dec 15.

*Once you have enrolled in an approved plan, to keep receiving premium assistance, you must return to this site and complete an application by selecting "ACA – Already enrolled for 2026" as the "Insurance Type"
ALL changes to income, address, or living situation, (i.e. marriage, divorce, adoption or tax filing status) MUST be reported to https://enroll.brhpc.org in addition to the program.
